00 Civic LX is revving up and down from 2000 to 1500 rpm

00 Civic LX is revving up and down from 2000 to 1500 rpm
Seems to be running alright when I hit the gas, but idling is just messed up.
I had a serious no start problem, but the car finally fires up now!!! Then it had an o2 sensor problem, so I replaced that. After disconnecting the battery, the CEL finally went away.
But the revving from 2000 rpm to 15000 rpm, back and forth, HAS GOT TO STOP!!!
What else could it be? Mass air flow? Idle air control?? Throttle body needs cleaning?? Fuel injectors, possibly??
