Default lowering springs question

i have a 1990 honda accord ex 4 door, and im thinking about ordering these springs to lower it a little bit.

Can i use the standard shock absorbers with these springs or would i have to buy some new shock absorbers?

1.75" - 2" drop is definitely pushing the limits of old standard struts. I would suggest that you should purchase a set of aftermarket adjustable struts that can handle a 2" drop.

There is a pretty comprehensive thread in the FAQ covering suspension setups.

try coilovers i've been seeing many people on KIJIJI or craigslist saying they selling lowering springs barely used because they also recently just got coilovers.
the origianl struts and shocks will eventualy wear down moreso because compression on the springs is faster which later causes more banging on the shocks/struts (because they are used to STOCK HEIGHT springs) so you'll havta buy performance shock/strut anyways.

all add up might as well get coilovers and save on installation one time.
i was in your boat until i've heard so many peoples opinions and done my readings.
