Default Major oil leak near oil pan and lower timing belt cover?

Hi, i just did a rebuild on my motor and all is running well. It's a d16z6 and there is a big oil leak coming through the bottom of my timing belt cover looking like its coming from near the crankshaft. i feel as if it's that orange seal that needs to be put in, in a very specific way. is that sounding like it's it? and is there a way to get it on without that tool?

Front main seal most likely.

Which tool are you referring to?
