"Artie" 1990 Civic wagon RT4wd auto D16A6 supercharged
Hey everyone, I spend most of my time on the civic wagon forums so I thought i'd stop by on post up what I'm working on.After a year of searching off and on for a clean wagon I found this one about 4 months ago. It's a 1990 RT4wd in fantastic original condition, I was hoping to find a 6 speed but couldn't pass up on this automatic. This is how it looked right after I bought it.

It came with a set of DC headers but they did't fit because of the transfer case, so I bought some cheap ebay headers and had them custom fitted.

I found a set of the stock steelies which made me a very happy boy.

theeeeen I guess I got bored and ended up picking up one of these
A Jackson Racing supercharger with the stock 5lb pulley and a blox FMU.

The install

I bought a piece of pre-bent exhaust pipe for the intake tube haha, it was a tight fit.

And that's pretty much where it stands now, It drives great and has nice usable power. It's still on the stock ecu with no tune just the FMU. Oh I got an AEM Wideband gauge, just need to hook it up. I got it dyno'd last week, it put down 111 hp and 124 Ft/lbs. I'm happy with the results for just slapping the SC on with a FMU. It was done on a mustang dyno which they say reads about 10% low. My AFR is perfect they said so there's really no need to do much else. Stock HP to the crank is 105 which is probably about 70 whp, so call it a gain of 40 whp? I'll take it.
*Forgot to mention the dyno was done in 2wd.*

Forgot pics of my TB Performance C pillar brace. They can pretty much make any brace you need, hit em up.

And I put a China Supercharged badge on, I kinda like it.

LOL I actually don't know what the color is but I'm cool with it.
I've prolly only put about 1-2k miles on it. I use it as a DD and it does very well, I'm actually getting the same if not better gas mileage than I was. I've also been driving it in 2wd, there is a selector on the tranny to move it between 4wd and 2wd. I believe it's meant for towing it.
I have it in 2wd because I have a slight vibration that i was trying to pinpoint. Also another wagon just dyno'd 10 more hp with it in 2wd vs 4wd. Plus with only 111 whp the 4wd system in this car isn't going to do anything for traction in dry weather.

Ya but it's not like it's on the fly or anything, It's a few 10mm bolts on a lever on the right side of the tranny housing. It's pretty easy to get to from the wheel well.
Some in car videos.
