Moved to more appropriate forum. That doesn't belong in the 1992-2000 Civic Technical forum.

This is probably one of the most original builds I have seen in a while, congrats!

Nicely done!

You use a chassis from one of the most reliable manufactures and put a motor in from the least reliable manufacturer, WHY?

If I had the choice of a dodge or a pink tricycle, I would take a pink tricycle any day!!!

Because I have several friends that drive SRT-4s... I know the problems that they are up against. A Honda engine would have been a much better suited swap fort his vehicle... I like to think rationally.

Since when is 400whp "retarded power"???

For a stock engine it is. There's no stock honda engine that will put up with that for long.

It's different and unique. The "Civette" wasn't the most practical way to go fast, it's still cool.

this thing is SICK i wonder what the look on peoples faces look like when you tell em its a srt4 motor lol. post up some vids of it on the street.was it an easy swap? i assume you had to make custom mounts/axels along with other things for it to work? for some reason i see this being the new fad lol

Calling BS ...

My friend's B16 took ~400 for years. He ran 11.1-2's all day, with 10-20 passes at the track every time he went. This thing is a track **** too ... he drives it on the street, but its purpose built for track whoring ...

The only block modification he had was ARP head studs.

I never said they couldn't make numbers like that... I merely said "for long."
