So im in the process of taking the turbo kit off of my R.
The previous owner played with some wiring, cut some wires solderd them to others so im not going to deal with it and just replace the Harness that goes from the passenger side engine harness down to the ecu.
what is the name for it. it goes from the passenger side fire wall all the way to the ecu.

Its not just that short piece of harness. Its actually the same harness thst comes out the driver side firewall. Hence why they call it a cabin harness. Somebody here had one for sale a few months back.

i have a jdm itr engine harness you can have for $50. since it's rhd it would require extending the wires a few inches on an LHD car. still, type r harnesses are difficult to find

Is the JDM harness one piece.

Alan, you know this is Tom right?
And its not terrible, all the 02 sensor wires are spliced into 1, but instead of doing all that at the ecu they did it in the engine bay. icv wire is ****ed, so is the knock sensor, and the iat and the crank position. lots of ****. just a bucnh of random wires spliced together and you know me. i would rather by a oem harness and just swap whats ****ed then re do it all lol.

If you want to send it to me, I can fix it.

Yeah, It may come down to that. Im going on a mission to japan on thursday so if I dont have one sourced down by the time I get back Ill send you the part thats ****ed up. Im not gonna take the whole cabin Hanress out ill just send you the section that goes from the shock tower to the ECU
You have the drivers side which plugs into the "cabin" harness via two plugs(1brown&1gray).
Then from there at the underdash fusebox, the cabin harness goes into the engine bay with plugs for the engine harness.
The passenger side door plug is also attached to the cabin harness.
So you have no real way of just sending the one section, and it will be a lot easier taking the dash out to pull the harness.

From the underdash, to the enginebay the harness is broken up into 3 pieces.

There are a LOT of plugs that change depending on year, auto/manual, and if it's vtec.

If you have a Honda Electronic parts catalog, you can cross reference the part # for the cabin harness and see if any other model integra one will work.
Check ebay for Honda/Acura dismantlers -- I was able to scoop up a rear wiring harness for my ITR from one.
