hey i know theres alot of these going around but i havent been able to find a very good base map that i can begin with so id like some help on finding one, here is my engine setup:

h22a1 (stock for now)
TD06 turbo running about 10psi MAX!!
walboro 255 fuel pump
aem fuel rail and fpr (what psi is recommended?)
RC 550 injectors
Apexi 3" full exhaust

+ other mods but just ask if you need to know

i could do basic tweaking but if anyone has a good base map or some advice on ignition timing and other tips id appreciate it very much! im just trying to get a decent tune for my setup now then once i build my engine im going to get it dyno tuned by a shop.
