Default Spark Plug Wire spit off--unique-- ( I searched already)

Ok first off I searched this section of the forum and got some basic answers, however, my situation seemed a little more unique.

Bought my 95 accord wagon a few weeks ago. It is giving me the EGR code and the 02 sensor code.

I did a tune up last week(new car to me so I always tune up-oil change immediately after buying) and only changed the plugs as they were a lil old. The wires are good, so I did not change them. (from then until today I put on 200 miles with no issues)

I did notice some oil in the wells so I bought the gaskets and planned to change them next weekend if I can make time(three kids, full time job)

Today I cleaned the EGR passages ,since this car is at 113,000mi and throwing the EGR code at me, to make sure that I do need to change the EGR Valve, which I will need to do since the passages werent that bad and Im still getting the code.

No problem changing that. Then changed the oil.

Took the care a half mile to the gas station, filled her up and used some fuel system cleaner/better mileage solution, then hopped on the freeway for 2miles then another half mile on main street then the car starts acting up. Pulled over at gas station popped the hood and saw that one of the wires was off. I was stumped as I was sure that I put everything back on right and couldnt have missed a wire, which I DID NOT take off.

Drove another 1.5 miles to the gym to get my swole on, then drove home and made it about 2-2.5 miles then it started acting up again. Pulled over and wire was off. Put it on and every 20-60ft it kept popping off. Such a headache. I stayed off the freeway and did back roads so I could stop every few houses and put the wire back on.

Made it home finally and searched this and another site. See that most people are suggesting that this is happening due to non manufacturer's brand wires, cross threading, and o-ring destroyed (lower seal).

Could there be another reason for the pressure that is causing this? did I do something wrong when I took the fuel rail off? I followed the vid(ericcarguy) and the write up to a Tee, or is it just the timing and the lower seal is YELLING at me to fix her soon?

Any and all help appreciated

double check and see if the spark plugs are torqued down properly, may be getting some air coming through the spark plug hole....just something simple to check out...get back with us and let us know!

What brand are the spark plug wires? NGK is the stock recommended replacements. Other brands can be ill fitting or when the boot becomes old will swell, oil contamination can also cause this swelling.
Verify that the plug wire/boot is not misaligned. If the boot is too far forward on the wire, it can act as a spring pulling on the wire to spark plug connection popping it off. If there is oil contamination in that plug port the boot could be sealing in trapped air when it is installed. This air may expand as the engine heats up and pops the boot off.

I'd verify that the tube is free and clear of oil, and that the spark plug wire is clicking onto the spark plug and the boot is not pulling on the wire.

So far this seems the issue. Checked the plug and well in question and the plug was loose. I KNOW I triple checked it last week when I put them in but it was a $1 plug lol

Think this is the issue with the plug and wire being that atleast I went super cheapo instead of going quality? I am still going to change the seals but I took the new plug out, cleaned it up, the oil wasnt that bad at all. Tightened it properly, then was able to make it 5 miles without it happening again.

I work late tonight so by the time I got home I only had an hour to tinker so I just did bare minimal and went for a drive. Thankfully Wednesday is a holiday so I get to get all greasy with my baby.

Thanks guys for your help so far and Ill keep you posted.
