JDM H22A type-s in Ek9.. Idle Issue :[
Hey guys.. I've swapped a JDM H22 type-s into an ek9 civic. The engine runs great, compression was 240 across the board and I've had my tuner chip it with a p08 from my previous setup. Not sure if this would be relevant but the mechanic also removed the butterfly from the tb pre-tuning.
The car idles fine around 800-900 RPM when the AC is switched off.My problem is, everytime the A/C is on the idle drops down to 300-400 and then slowly rises again. I've had the IACV cleaned, the ecu pinouts checked again and they're fine. Throttle body has been cleaned out too. Its only when the compressor turns on the idle drops and its ridiculously annoying everytime the car crawls to a stop , say a traffic light, the idle will drop causing vibrations and then slowly comes up. I had the A/C serviced and cleaned out, checked for blockages etc. I dont know why its causing such a load on the engine that it cant compensate/maintain the idle.
anyone face this problem before? my mechanics and electrician are at a loss for words. They said the compressor is working perfectly although one guy mentioned the temperature of the compressor is slightly higher than it should be at idle indicating a possible blockage but he says hes taken the entire thing apart and cleaned every bit of it..
would anyone know anything at all about this problem? any help would be greatly appreciated

I know this is old, but I am wondering if you ever got it resolved. I am having this issue now, and I am baffled. I have tried numerous things, but to no avail. My idle bounces down low and then back a little past normal. Sometimes it will even stall.
