Default EG with GSR swap - no spark

I have a eg coupe with a 2000 gsr swap. I had it running but it was overloading on fuel. Come to find out it was a vacuum line. It fouled out the plugs so I replaced them. The car started and ran for about 3 mins and cut off. It has no spark. I changed out the dizzy and no change, tried another ecu and still nothing. I went to the ecu and checked 2 icm wires and had nothing from either while ignition on or cranking. Any ideas???? Any help will be appreciated.

Check main relay, i'm just thinking it flooded the cylinders so give it a couple minutes.

Main relay is the only thing I didn't check because I was getting fuel but ill change it out to see. Also to add while it ran for those few mins the tach was jumping around a lil bit.

Sounds like the distributor is not getting voltage from the ignition switch. Check for a break in the Blk/Yel wire.

Glad to hear you fixed it. Had you listened for whether the fuel pump primed, you would have noticed that the engine lacked both fuel and spark, which would have accelerated the identification of the problem.

Well the fuel pump still ran. The bolt had only backed off a turn or two and the ground was still making contact but guess it wasn't enough to get a spark. Before I changed distributors I was getting an inconsistant weak spark at the coil and it eventually went stopped completely. I actually had to pull the plugs twice to let the cyls dry out. But all in all its fixed. This was my first thread on this forum and am greatful for the people on here willing to help out rather than talking smack. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!
