Default opinion about burning oil on a rebuilted turbo b16

Hello guys i want your opinion on that strange situation.

B16A2 rebuilted block with gt3071r with oil restrictor 0.034"
everything fine.

after 600 miles we put on a complete rebuilted b16a2 head
-stock b16 valves with valvejob
-new itr b18c6 cams
-dual springs supertech 85lbrs with oem b16 retainers
-a set of no name valve seals (but i already have the same ones on mine without problem)
-new valve guides ( i dont know brand..the guy said are italian)

everything ok for about 200 miles.(maybe the engine is a litle more noisy)
we changed the oil with redline 5w50 , we recheck all the valve lash
and after 50 miles the car start burns oil..

i did a compresion test with hot engine
cyl1- 210 psi
cyl2-210 psi
cyl3-208 psi
cyl4-211 psi

then i did the trick with the oil into the cylinders..i check cyl2 and cyl4
I took a tablespoon of oil in and I took the test again.
differences are small cyl2-225psi and cyl4-226psi.

we had upgraded fumes system too..
the engine dont have any blowby and if you open the oil cap everything are totally clear.

all of these means that the piston rings are ok and the engine dont burn oil from the bottom end.

the turbo has only 900 miles
i check the intercooler pipe and its clear.

about the burned oil..
i have fumes goes out from the exhaust (white colour) and isnt dense fumes..
if i try to push the car on the street these fumes reduced..
But is there when the car is cold..

what do you thing?

not yet... but i am sure that there isnt any leak because the water is ok..
normal level and no air in the water.

but i will do a leak down test to be sure..

5w50 is a normal thick.. the car is turbo and the enviroment temps are 40 celsious under shadow.

i forgot to tell you that the spark plugs are shinny thats means that the oil is in the motor when it burns.

i already do a leakdown test and everything is ok.

i start to think that the problem is the valve steams..
is there any possibility that the italian valve guides messed up?
is there any trick in the installation?

i will check the return turbo line too.
