Icon6 Dizzy Leak EM1 2000

Have a small leak that just wont stop on a B16A it starts about 5 minutes after starting the car. I have changed the o-ring (used hondabond on ring and the lip that mounts to the block), valve gasket, cam cap, v-tec gaskets and dizzy cap gasket. (I have also took apart the dizzy to check the internal gasket for internal leaking)

I was looking at this list and noticed that my dizzy has TD81u on it and not TD63U & TD73U. The TD73U looks like it matches the plug on mine). could this be why its leaking maybe cause of if not sitting right???

IDK been trying to get this fixed for little over 2 months now. I've had a couple of guys help me but nothing seemed to fix it so im posting on here to see if anyone has something I haven't tried!

Video of the leak.

Thanks

If it's any help I have a 1999 ITR with a TD-87U dizzy. Same head as your B16A2 / PR3-4

edit: I also have a extra Dizzy if you're interested. It's got 400 miles on it so it's like new. It's aftermarket though

There is an internal oil seal on it try changing that first, i changed mine, but you have to take apart the dist itself, i got mine off partstrain.com

Take out the distributor, there should be an o-ring which is probably old and hard, you will have to cut that one and put on a new one. First thing first though, I would go buy a new o-ring first from the dealer.

Oh man forgot to mention that SORRY!
I did take it apart already and found the inside gasket in perfect shape and there was no signs of internal leaking. The gasket didn't even show signs of friction burn from the shaft spinning! I also took the dizzy cap off after reinstalling it to make sure there was no internal leaks after i did all that.
