So one of the gas lines has gas coming out the other is the return I believe and need HELP to where they plug

Does the one that has gas coming out go to intake manifold or fuel pressure regulator?

and same with return fuel

I would imagine that you are talking about the fuel return hose. There should be a steal line bolted to the fuel rail that is for the fuel return. Where you have done a swap. I am unsure if your fuel return line is there or not. Best thing to have done would have been to label it before the other engine was removed.

The hose going to the fuel pressure regulator is a vacuum hose from the intake manifold and the hose going into the intake manifold would be the PCV hose from the valve cover.
