What is the water/alcohol ratio of Snow Performance's Boost Juice?

What is the water/alcohol ratio of Snow Performance's Boost Juice?
From their website, the mix is 49% Methanol/51% water. Does anyone know if this is by volume or mass?
I emailed SP a while back with this question, but never received a reply.

You're right the differences are small (44.2% vs. 49% meth) and probably won't affect anything, but I want to know to keep things consistant.
