estimate of insurance on 89 civic si
More than a dollar, less than 1 million...
No offense, but it's a dumb question, you're comparing apples and oranges...
Have you taken a safe driver course?
What are your grades like?
Individual policy or will you be on your parent's?
Garaged?
Area, high crime areas will cost more.
How much will you be driving?
Do you have any tickets?
Mileage of car?
Alarm?
Credit score?
There are so many variables, unless you find someone with the exact same situation it's pointless to ask.
I bet I pay less for all 3 of my vehicles than you will for your 1 because I haven't had a ticket or accident in over 12 years and I have excellent credit.

I wanted to know what you people are paying for your insurance. It may be a stupid question but its 1 in the morning and I cant call the insurance company at one in the morning. lol. Do yous pay monthly or yearly? How does it work?
I pay monthly. I have a multi-vehicle policy and my homeowners insurance is included. I think I pay about $30-$40 for my Civic each month. I also have full coverage with towing added. No need for rental car coverage because I own 3 cars.
If you're 17 and this is an individual policy there are many things that will affect your rate. Typically you won't see a drastic drop in rates until you're 25
Everyone is different and there are too many variables. You need to go online to progressive.com or wait until you can speak to your agent.

It really depends on where you live, your driving record, etc. You can get a quote from progressive and esurance anytime of day...
Geico was the cheapest when my insurance was high, progressive was 2nd.
