What kinda hp you GSR boys got?
i think im losing faith in my gsr..someone please persuade me
to keep her.
i know everyone hates these kind of post so dont reply if it bothers you

i want to build my motor "mildly" over the winter. I have i/h/e and now its time
to do some internal work. i dont want to work on the bottom end, just head work and thinner head gasket.
could you guys please tell me your set-ups and what kinda hp you are putting
down.
i really want to get into the 13s with full interior...

Look into stage two crowner cams. But just installing those will take a lot of other research, such as valve springs, port polish, ect...
anyone have any experience with them?

i'm kinda/was kinda in the same boat you were..i just wanted to stop investing in my gsr and get a hybrid, but no....didnt go through w/ that idea.....after i had my i/h/e, i got a ctr intake cam and cam gears..great gains in the top end, and made me want more.....one mod will makek you want another...i dont know the hp of my car, but i would love it to be faster...i only ran a 14.8 on stock tires w/ my set up...oh i also have a 147k on my motor as well!
280 to the wheels @ 9psi (currently runnig 15psi) with a drag set up, block is all done... dont give up bro!!!!
shoot if you don't want it sell it to me but you must be crazy for not wanting it man i would love to have a gs-r
well all my friends have hybrids...it takes a lot less work to make one go faster

How much power do you want to make in the END.... AND how much do you want to spend in the END.

1. your in school or college
2. your dont have any money other than a part time job
3. your worried about the "reliability" aspect....
If you want power... save that cash and get a decent turbo setup once your A) graduated B) living on your own C) have a job to support yourself should your "all-motor" decided to up and die on you..
