Default 1989 ef track car

Just wondering if anyone can share there suspension set ups. I currently run an 89 ef hatch track only. B16 stock with lsd trans. car weighs 2081 full of fuel with me in it. i have corner weighted till the cows come home and have a differance of 36lbs between rears and 96 between fronts. i am fairly happy with that , however stock front bar and 450lbs front springs and 225lbs rear springs with a 25mm rear bar made for a really "leany over" set ,had that set up for 4 years and drove the same car with 450 frt and 600rears and wow way better! so i had a set of 450 rears to try and wow Way better. Just wonder if a big bar in the front would be better as well? i am just barely now lifting rear inside wheels where as the same set up car with the 600 rears lifts wheels all the time, not sure if I am still to soft on the rates?
any feed back is great

You waited 20 minutes? Have you done any searching of the forum? The advanced search option with some filters on will do wonders. But in general a stiffer sway bar will counter body roll. Which is what it sounds like you're having trouble with.

My set up on a 91 CRX is: no front lower bar, ASR 24mm rear sway bar w/ brace, 550 front springs and 330 rear springs. The front and rear ride height are set very similar on my car, and I find it handles really neutral. if anything, it tends toward oversteer with Z214 slicks. A lot of people run higher rates in back than in front, but i don't. I am still learning though, so i might switch the spring rates out next year, front to rear, and see how that does.
