500 is big money... sure, that's a pretty tight little thing, but for 500 it should be carbon fiber... seriously.

Is that the universal dash? I don't understand how that works. How do you make one dash to fit so many cars that are different lengths and widthes etc...

If you really need to lose enough weight to take the dash out why put a full fiberglass one back in? The EF dashes don't weight all that much and if its too much, check out Grassroots Motorsports from a couple months ago. (had a green neon and a silver miata on the cover) They had a nice CRX that was built for some fun on open track days. The rollcage was welded into a position around the driver providing quick access to everything needed.

I saw the dash in a magazine...Super Street.

Anyways..it looks nice and such, but I don't know if I'd want to put the work into it. If anyone has that same magazine (It's featured in one of those "product reviews" or something)..there is a nice CRX featured, that has a gold'ish colored paint with prelude tails (I think?). The dash in it looks EXACTLY like that universal one.....if that is indeed it, you can have some sweet results.
