pretty sure it's 1/8" bspt (metric). but 1/8npt should work just fine. be careful threading it in.

take the fitting out and bring it to the hardware store. try threading into a 1/8" npt female and see what happens.

I know the 1/8 npt doesn't fit.

does it not thread in properly? is it way too big? too small?

i found this pic online, which led me to believe 1/8" should work. maybe you need to find the proper bspt fitting?

It's definitely 1/8npt... 99% of all blow off valves use this thread size and pitch. Your fitting probably isn't npt so it doesn't have the proper taper

1/8th NPT will work, but I dont feel that is the correct thread type. Probably BSPT or something stupid

Nope.most bov's are npt
I've replaced the fittings on everything from my Greddy, turbonetics to my TBO with 1/8th npt to 3-an fittings and they just go in by hand.

The 1/8 npt seem a bit to big. It will thread but get tight as soon as it catches the thread.

It's a regular 1/8 NPT, it should get tight when it starts to thread in.

It gets tight because the threads and the fitting are tapered. That's what is required for a leal free air tight seal. Be sure to use teflon tape
