Greddy Rs BOV Fitting Size
pretty sure it's 1/8" bspt (metric). but 1/8npt should work just fine. be careful threading it in.
take the fitting out and bring it to the hardware store. try threading into a 1/8" npt female and see what happens.

It's definitely 1/8npt... 99% of all blow off valves use this thread size and pitch. Your fitting probably isn't npt so it doesn't have the proper taper

Nope.most bov's are npt
I've replaced the fittings on everything from my Greddy, turbonetics to my TBO with 1/8th npt to 3-an fittings and they just go in by hand.

It gets tight because the threads and the fitting are tapered. That's what is required for a leal free air tight seal. Be sure to use teflon tape
