Troubleshooting a K Swap
So after over two years of labor and blowing money on parts and precious time, I tried to turn the engine over today. It did not crank.
I do not hear the fuel pump cutting on when I turn the ignition switch. The starter is also not turning over.
There is 12.5 volts going to the starter and the alternator. From troubleshooting, I found out that the starter signal wire is not going to 12 volts when the ignition key is turned to the "on" position. It stays a 0 volts. I was under the impression that it should go to twelve to get the starter to engage the transmission and then go back to 0 once the engine is running.
I really don't know if the immobilizer/ multiplexor bypass is the issue or what. I'm regretting buying that part from K Tuned. I am going to start looking for a K Pro to fix a potential wiring issue.
If anyone has any other pointers, I would be greatly appreciative.

I have hard wired connections for red wire in the 27 Pin. For some reason on the RSX there are two red wires coming off the pin. I cut them both off and then soldered the two wires to the one red wire coming off the immobilizer.
THe instructions didn't specify that there were two wires in the pin out. On the instructions they only show one wire coming out of that pinout.
I checked the fuses for the fuel pump and ECU. They were both good. I don't have an entire fuse box to swap out. I check out the fuses under the hood and they all check out.
Where are the grounds supposed to be? I know the engine and tranny have their own grounds but I don't have any on my swap and I do not know where they are supposed to be grounded on the respective engine parts and the chassis.
