Post b16a oil leak in exhaust port! help

So I'm new to HT but I know one of u can hekp me with my problem. I have a jdm b16a converted to obd2. I recently put a new head gasket as well as remachining the head. So I was driving it in my neigborhood n it started smoking a lot so I took it home n popped the hood n dark smoke came out. I checked the head gasket n the solenoid but no oil leak so I removed my header n oil poured out of the exhaust port. Wat can it be??? Valve stem or pistons?? Any help.will b appreciated thnx fellas

Did it do it before the head gasket change? Do a leak down test

It was leaking from the head gasket. So I got the head remachined and put a new headgasket. N its not leaking from the solenoid or the cam cap or the dizzy. Its leaking directly out of the exhaust port n my header has oil all over the inside.

Could be a blown head gasket.

But if it was a blown head gasket it would b leaking between the block and head n not out of the exhaust ports. Could it b the valve stems?

I had the same thing happen on a gsr I had. Pull the spark plug and see if the cyl is full of oil. if so its probably the piston. Mine ended up being a ring lange broken letting oil get passed the rings.

Well the headgasket just got replaced. The head was remachined for a clean surface mating.

This^ assumes that the head gasket installation was done properly. For example, were the head bolts torqued to spec in the proper order? Were new head bolts used?

Sorry for taking a while to reply. So it wasn't the head gasket but the valve seals were bad. My piston rings are good too. I just got new valve seals springs n retainers but my concern now is i m running an obd2 p72 gsr ecu with the b16 will this affect it much b/> ppl keep telling me that the second butterfly will b messing with my motor.?? Is this true n is so wat ecu can I use or is itpossible to bypass the second butterflie switch? I'm a little tight on funds to buy a p30 but ppl ask reducules prices for those....wat options do I have??
