Now my Idle has been acting up. I checked again earlier and it seemed to be a little better but it still wasn't at its normal 1000 RPM when I first change the battery it was idling at about 500 or so and if I would just let it coast in neutral it would stall. Like I said it seemed to be a little better earlier sitting at about 900 RPM but is this a cause to be worried about? I can't find anything on this problem anywhere and I want to find out before anything big goes out.

 

goto autozone/oreillys or whatever parts store and get them to check the alternator

Just replaced mine after doing the same thing. battery light came on intermittently and my terminal connections were good. grounds were fine.
replaced with an OEM Honda part and good to go.
