tdo4hl turbo in a k20a3?

I have a k20a3 with 2.25" blackworks catback, megan test pipe [ catless ] and a k&n cold air intake, I plan on getting a kpro, but I have a friend who wants to sell me this turbo for 160$ with 58k miles on it, anyone know anything about these turbos? its off of a type r volvo.

Does anybody know how to get a hold of this guy? I may or may not have purchased it from a local dealer... I need to know what's done to this thing... Aka I need to know if I have to just completely replace the motor
