all is well when i first start, and after awhile of driving i have a surging idle problem when i stop, it will go between 10-12 then down to 500-1200 and just keep surging can anyone give me a clue to what i can do to fix it, thank you

 

Start by cleaning the IACV and looking for vacuum leaks - dry rotted / split hoses

Is their a CEL?

 

vacuum good, this sounds stupid how do i clean it just pull it off and spray carb cleaner or just use a air hose? no cel

 

Yes just pull off and clean with some cleaner. Let it dry. Re-install
