No, you have to change your entire cars wireing into a 99-00. Engine harness, dash, dash harness, cabin harness, and all the heater boxes.

If i remember correctly, u only have to change the heater box and run the 99-00 climate control harness. The climate contorl harness plugs into 96-98 cabin harness. Its a pita to do tho.
