Default 92 civic d15 non vtec intake manifold swap to d16y8 intake manifold

ok so I have a y8 intake manifold and I wanted to put it in my 92 civic dx with a d15 and the y8 manifold doen't have a spot for Intake Air Temp (IAT) sensor can I run without this? I have seen the IAT sensor relocated to the intake arm will this work? and can I use the d15 throttle body and injectors

No you cannot run without it. Mount it to the intake.
