Default Immobilizer question YET UNASKED!!

Been searchin for a week, haven't found this answer:

I have a 2000 DC2.
My GF decided to customize it for me by rolling it a few times across a freeway 'wtf!'

SO:
Picked up a 95 DC2 theft recovery clean title.
(obd1)ECU, Cluster, Seats, fuel pump, front suspension, rims, engine/tranny, AC (engine compartment only) GONE!

The Question:
Obviously I'm swapping the motor/trans/interior/ac/etc over from the 00-DC2.
I will purchase a OBD1 ecu so i can pass emmisions. Not worried about that.

I would like to eventually use the OBD2b ECU (will require adapter harness i already know) primarily for better efficiency and hopefully the immobilizer system too.
Since the 99 and below have no immobilizers in them, IF i use my 00 Ignition switch AND ecu (and cluster of course), what else will I need to do to make use of my existing immobilizer system (currently in the totaled car)?

Will I have to swap the entire Chassis Wiring Harness (except maybe heat/tail light and ABS harnesses)??

Has anyone done this successfully (or heard of someone pulling it off) before?

THANKS!

If you have to swap in the obd2b underdash harness for it to work, just get an alarm system.

EVERYTHING is different(plugwise) when you jump into obd2b for a Dash/Underdash/Doors/Body harness.

So if you have to swap dash and underdash harness, it's not really worth the effort.
