My drivers seat is about to lose a couple of its red stitches.
I've heard of Honda Red Thread #08u98-sap-000r1
and Omega 100% nylon red thread
Because I am only doing a couple of stitches, I think that hte Honda Red color might be the best shade of red.
Any other suggestions?

I would use that thread. I checked the location of it at work and its still available from cali, and its cheap $7.71
I would like to buy a pair of those as my recaro stitches starts to torn
how do you stitch it back together if the seat stitch is already been broken at the seat?

I ordered 2 packs of thread, because I don't know how much thread comes on 1 pack.
I haven't done this before, but I plan to tie a few knots on top of themselves, to form a large knot. on the end of the thread.
My damage it to the seat-back bolster next to the driver's door.
I will use a long curved needle and find a hidden place to start, like under the plastic where the seat-back and the seat bottom meet.
I will try to work the needle behind the alantra to a stitch which is not damaged, but located above my weak stitch.
I will pull the knot thru the hidden piece of atlantra (under the plastic).
When the knot gets to the undamaged stitch, I will be gentle and not pull it thru.
I will jump a stitch and then go back up and thru.
Repeat until I get to the bottom of the seat-back.
I need to try something, before I have to hire a professional.
