K20z1 head semi built, I have this Cylinder Head that I had work done on very recently. I took it to a machine shop to have a valve job done cleaned up and assembled. While there he cleaned it well and then coated it. After the work done to it , I put 100 miles on it max. I will put pictures of it after the machine work and very current ones after I pulled it. It has OEM springs and retainers from a 2004 RSX S, and Supertech Flateface valves, and Supertech valve seals. 917-756-8657 $400 PICKED UP
