can be, but check the vin and see what happened to the car. carfax.com; was it stolen and strip? wreck to a total loss? or hail damage? either way check and see; also its not a stock motor therefore can be a shitty done engine swap that some people slapped together to make a little bit of money off of.

I dont see any reason why it should be a $3500 car for a 94 salvage title that doesnt even have the original motor. It does look clean however dont let looks fool you. Get up in there and be thorough about it. None of the parts he has on add any real value on top of the car. Thats really all anyone can tell you about an ad.

Is that your budget? If it's just stolen and not wreck and motor is legit, I'd buy it. I'm sure you could find something better if your budget is a little higher. I've seen 98+ LS for around $4k. Mileage might be around 150k+ but you can always swap when it is needed.

PS: DC2(GSR) shell with B18B?

I bought my all original '97 GS with ~140k for $3600 in long beach about 3 years ago. That car is not original, has a salvage title and is older... it does look clean but I'd think the price should be lower. I don't see the aftermarket parts as adding value to the car, maybe you have a different take on that.
