Ok guys im starting to gather the necessary things to prepare for my swap at the end of the summer, but before i go out buying a whole bunch of b.s i figured i check here first.

1. A complete B16a swap for my 94 cx hatch. Now i have been doing research and this is what i have decided on. I have checked HMO and the complete swap is 2500+ shipping roughly. With the way people talk about how cheap the b16 is im thinking is this a fair price? Any other places i should look? What price range should i be looking in?

2. Where to get it installed? I am currently in MN and are there any members here that have recommendations as to where to go to get a swap installed. Im also guessing that labor would essentially be roughly 600-800?

3. Total price If the above options hold true, im looking at 3,300 for the swap, at that price would it just be better to shell out a little more and get the b18c? I think its roughly a 200-300 difference between the two engines.

Pretty much i just want to know that im not getting had with prices, and what to expect through this process seeing as how this is my first go around. Any input would be greatly appreciated, especially on ways to save or different places to check because with the way people were talking its looking like the b16 isnt as cheap as one would be led to believe. I have been trying to do my due diligence but i can only get myself but so far.
