Default Time to replace hoses?

Doing a complete rebuild on a spare engine (d15z1). Cleaning up everything and wondering if you would replace most of the hoses while the engine is out? The hoses and tubing seem fine for a 20 year old engine but I would think its time to replace them. I would hate to drop this new engine in and next year have to replace a hose that is hard to get to once its in the car.

Replace all seals and hoses. Anything rubber deteriorates over time. Do it now while it's out of the car.
