1996 JDM ITR Engine, Brand NEW Type R LSD Tranny, New Clutch, Flywheel, Exhaust, Cat, Headers, Intakes, Brakes, Fully Functioning A/C, Audio System, 2008 Si Seats, Type R ECU, New Brakes, Tires, Master Cylinder etc.
compression was 240 235 235 245.
and leak down test was also well within specs.
no warn valves or piston rings.

Don't know the mileage. I will have to look it up. I swapped clusters about 2 years ago to si cluster. So mileage is not accurate.

I don't think you will find a clean civic like this. That is well done. No problems with anything. Plus it has AC fully working. Brand New LSD Transmission, Clutch, Flywheel.
Rides very nicely and no corners were cut..has New CAT and Nice Magnaflow exhaust setup. All Carb Legal Parts not that it matters.. if you are outside of California.

Sure..I can always take parts off like Brand New Transmission, Seats, Car Audio stuff etc. Price can be reduced a little. Just don't low-ball to bad..
