hey do you know if you friend has wheel spacers to clear the calipers? i've heard that you need wheel spacers to clear the calipers with stock 5lugs... is that true?

Nice try, but my fiancee' has those exact same tires - Michelin Pilot SX/GT - and they are NOT directional.

It's hard to tell on my monitor, and with the angle of the camera, I can only see the outside tread, and it appears to be working itself in, not out. I said that not to be "right" or whatever, but just because I notice A LOT of people with the tires on backwards. I saw a new 330 with some cheap alloy wheels and some Nt450's on it, and tires were on backwards, and these people wonder why the hydroplane! I see Azenis on backwards all the time, but if you don';t drive it rain, it don't matter. Well, my bad.

If you are talking about the azenis sports they dont have a direction only an inside and outside (I have them trust me), look at the design and think about it for a sec, the line has to be on the inside.

.... yes if you are running 15" wheels with spoon calipers you will need spacers.
