EK gsr swap Idle goes up and down

EK gsr swap Idle goes up and down
So i have kinda searched around but perhaps I'm unsure of what to look for, but none the less i will ask it outright and hope to not get burned lol
I have a 99 ek coupe with a 95 GSR motor and a pieced together 60 trim turbo kit. The thing that I've been worried about is the Idle though. it seems to sit around 1k while warming up. or even past that. then randomly, it will just drop to what looks like 200rpms and i know that isn't a good resting place. It also seems to be getting lower, and stalling every now and then after coming out of gear. Im wondering if its the Tune that is causing this and is there a way to bring up the Idle, or is it a mechanical thing and to go that route? thanks in advance
