help identifying motor

what motor is this exactly? as in jdm usdm etc.

thats second gen
the engine numberstarts with 120 = 2nd
if it was 1st it would be 100
or 3rd gen 130
same works for the B16B and the B18C

Are you guys sure its a jdm b16a? Thats why i was wondering cuz i read that if you swap a jdm engime into a usdm car then it wont pass smog? But mines did.

Yea jdm motors don't have numbers after the last letter(b16a, b18c, etc) it won't pass smog with jdm ecu, and it looks like to me whoever did the swap plugged your evap stuff back up, so your good.
