JDM 2nd gen B16a registration.
I have a JDM 2nd gen B16a, in my 1998 honda civic EK. and i need to register my car really soon, as you all may know about the law of not having an older motor in a new car, but i have heard from the people from the state themselfs that there may be ways to get around it, for example, since the motor i have is real similar to the 2000 civic Si B16a2 motor they said if you swap out the ECU and some other parts you may be able to register the motor to your car in that way, so if you guys can help me out in anyway that would be great, thanks peace & <3

well it depends if you get a ref who dosent know anything and dosent check the year stamped on the head you could get away with it. or you could always get a newer head and install it. i would swap in the original motor back in register it and then swap the b16 back in
