Icon6 94 accord wont start

i have a 94 honda accord 5spd that everytime i turn the key i hear a clicking noise coming from behind the radio. so me and my friend took the radio out and tried the key again. on the passenger side of the consule behind the radio is a relay. it was clicking everytime i turned the key. i was wondering what that relay is and if that could be the problem why it is not turning over.

How about this, is the starter turning the engine over?

Bump. My car is doing the same thing. In my case, the engine is not turning over.

If the battery is holding a full charge, and the connection to and from the battery are clean and tight. The next thing would be to check the ignition switch. The contacts can wear out causing a no start issue.
Can you make a jumper wire from the battery cable on the starter directly to the solenoid? If the starter easily engages and spins the engine, it is most likely not the culprit.

If the ignition switch is bad, the car should start by jumping the starter right?

If when it is turned to ON and the ON conctact is fine, if you jump the starter with the car turned to ON then yes it will start.
If you just jump the starter with the car OFF the starter should just spin the engine.
