Hey Guys, I have a small problem with my civic ex coupe 95. Whenever I turn my headlights on, neither my dashlights, running lights, nor license plate lights will turn on (which I got pulled over for tonight ) However, when I put my parking lights on they all do turn on fine.

I got this car a couple of weeks ago, and when I got it the guy had fog lights already installed, which I think may be the cause of the problem somehow lol.

I've checked the interior fuses and all looked okay.

I honestly I'm trying to avoid being totally helpless, I googled for hours, but what exactly does that entail? Just checking the connecting terminals orrr?
