Default Wiring E cutout, gauges, 94 civic

I have a 94 eg civic. I have my electric cut out switch right next to my e brake handle. there is ONE wire going to the e brake lever (obv the brake light) can I wire my cutout to this wire or not? I'm not thinking so.

I am having a hard time thinking where I should get the power source from, for my the cut out and gauges. I have 3 gauges in my a Pillar. I'm asking because I don't want to short something out.

I am willing to run wire pretty much anywhere, but I need some tips on the closest live wires to the a pillar and the e brake/center console area.

Thanks

dont use the ebrake wire its not ment to carry current its only a switch for the light on the dash

with the power supply you need is it to be live all the time or on with ACC or ING

a good power sorcce it the fuse panel it has spare male blade connection
at the top
test with a multy meter and you will find the type of power you need and be able to fuse it also
