We thought we had her fixed..with a new ignition control module and coil...started and ran great ..... but today on the freeway in stop and go traffic in hot Houston weather it started to miss and then wouldn't accelerate without having to feather the gas .... then it wouldn't start...This is the same thing that happened before we changed out the ICM and coil...... We thought that fixed the problem.....we were driving it around for a few days with no issues .... then today in the hot stop and go traffic it started to be hard to accelerate like it wasn't getting enough fuel...It wouldn't get over 1500 RPM or so with out missing then it wouldn't go at all....any ideas ..... thanks again ... CELs. List them.

 

Check the main relay, if it's an intermittent issue you can resolder the circuit board.

 

Thanks for the response .... I don't know what CELs are we replaced the ICM and coil. it ran great for a few days...then started staling out now it won't start ... I replaced the main control module still won't start...
