Default Connecting Rod & Main Bearing Torque Specs?

I'm sorry if this has been asked previously, I tried a search and didn't seem to find anything...

Anyways I have a 97 Civic EX Coupe with a D16Y7

If someone could let me know the torque specs for the connecting rod bearings and the main bearings it would be greatly appreciated

I'm going to assume you're doing an engine rebuild. Get a service manual. Seriously, just get one.

I wouldn't even attempt a rebuild without one.

Hell, my first rebuild, I had the factory service manual, Haynes, Chilton, and Bentley books for the motor, as well as for the chassis. Even though I have more than two dozen Honda rebuilds under my belt, I still keep those books handy. No one can be expected to memorize every torque spec, clearance, and wiring diagram of their own motor, let alone multiples.
