Default STOLEN CAR ALERT!!!! TYPE R SWAPPED EF

So my car got stolen today from my work, in Salem. It's a 96 spec Type R in a four door EF. The car has Bronze 5zigen FN01R-C 16" and hasport mounts and all the other swap ****. Just want to put the word out that some little douche bag **** sucker will probably be trying to slang that ****, so beware.

Yeah it is crazy. The car still hasn't been recovered yet. Hopefully soon, I wanna know what they took off of it. Really curious what they plan on doing with those wheels. On a side note I now have some BF Goodrich Drag radials for sale now. Seriously only 4 hot laps on them and never street driven. $300 for those.

@singlecamDA9, Watch your car man the douche bags stalked me at work and stole the car in the middle of the day while I was working.

No other special parts really, Innovative mounts front crossmember with traction bars, Hasport mounts with the hydro to cable conversion, front bumber has a custom fab accord lip, just the usual swap parts. Boomslang conversion harness **** no other discontinued or rare parts though. ****ing thieves.

Yeah I heard that the car was seen driving around 1pm on 45th by some white guy. I don't know it will turn up stripped here soon I'm sure. Whatever, it sucks. Totally burned out for the moment, thinking about building another Honda kind of makes me sick to my stomach. Have to give it a rest for a while. Probably going to pick up a BMW or something and just cruise it for awhile.

SO still no news on the car. Figure it would have been found on the side of the road already. Whatever those punks will get theirs. I watch craigslist but I can't imagine them being that stupid. Tell you what though, this sucks. I can't even think about building another Honda right now. Maybe in a couple years I will but not right now. Sad, been doing this **** since 1999 and it only took a couple punks to burn me out.

Granted the car is all flat black now but everything else is the same. Even under the hood is still silver. Thanks for all the views and feedback.

Another thing about the car is that it has extended studs on some CIVIC SI spindles with some wore out slotted rotors. I do have full coverage, best $165 a month I've spent in a long time, lol. Definitely won't replace what I have into that damn car but at least I'm not completely F'ed on the whole thing.

Jeezus. Who's your insurance provider?

Sorry for your loss. Was there any security on it?

Two cars on the policy, both with full coverage so thats why it is so high. No security, but I took the ecu out everytime I parked the car at work and otherwise it was in the garage. The punks who took it stalked me hard though, drive bys almost every night at my house, never did see what car it was driving by but two nights in a row I heard cars with exhaust idling outside at like 2am but by the time I got out there all I saw was tail lights from an ek. Whatever, it has been almost two weeks and it's gone. All I can say is Karma really is a mother******, and so is a Louisville.

Apparently a lot of these ******** roll around with spare ECU's/fuses/etc.

It's too bad you couldn't get a license plate number from the car/cars that stalked you.
I hate thieves!

What's the deal with your insurance?
Will you get money back for the car and parts?
I've always wondered how that works with modified cars.

What I had on the policy that should have me covered, I say should because it hasn't happened yet, is I paid extra for $5,000 worth of coverage on aftermarket parts. Progressive has it in step increments of $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, etc. that you can buy to cover everything that you have put into the car. Otherwise it still would have been a total loss to me because what do ef sedans blue book at? $1,200? Lol, that wouldn't have done anything for me. Supposedly this week I will hear something from them and it will be taken care of. Number one lesson I have learned is save every receipt. I did and it is making things a lot easier.
