Default gsr swap in ef with real high idle

Hey whats up fellow honda-techers, I recently did a full engine bay shave and tuck on my brothers 91 civic dx hatch. I made a beautifull tucked harness and everything looks great but when I start it it revs like crazy at a solid 4k. Let me give you some background info on the car. It has a sk2 intake mani on it and I removed the pcv breather box off of the block and pluged the hole in the block with a 34 mm dorman freeze plug. I notice when the engine is screaming at me there is a lot of air coming out of the nipple on the valve cover. Has anybody removed the breather box before? Has anybody experienced this high idle before. Any info would be great, I was trying to get this thing done for my brother for his birthday but too late now lol.

Are your connectors in the right spot?

I have plugged breathers in the past and it never ends well.

the crankcase HAS to have a Venting. and now you only have the small hole on the valve cover.

if you don't mind replacing seals and rebiulding the motor often your fin if that's not your plan fix the breather system and get a catch can for it.
