the theives that broke into my car got through via the door molding and hanger, is there any way to combat this entry technique in other means than a security system?

 

not that ive found.. and this is where most theives will gain entry to your car cause of the way the car is designed, its the easiest and not hard at all to do if you know how to do it..

 

thats how some thieves got into my car about a year ago before i got an alarm. They bent that little clip thats on the door moldings and used a wire to pop the lock. best way to combat this? a good alarm.

now i wish i could find a way to fix that little clip cuz it sticks out now and wont bend all the way back
