Default CEL & D3 Shift Indicator Light Stays On

Hello all, would anyone know what would make the D3 light on the dash stay on? This is for a 92 Civic LX, the engine cranks but will not start, the CEL also stays on constantly, there is no spark and no fuel pressure. Car was running fine until it stopped suddenly. Would appreciate any help from others who know more than I do. Thanks!!!

Start off by pulling the CEL. There's a how-to in the stickies.
