The front end of an ITR is more suqare than round the 99 civic. Just search and look the front ends next eachother. Will if it fit? maybe, but you`d have to a lot of work to make it fit. If you want a lip for your Civic though, buy one for your Civic. Much easier that way..

That's an odd combo even if it could fit.... straightforward answer: no.
I could be wrong here on the comparisons, so apologies in advanced.
Anywho; in my opinion, for 96-98 Civics, the type-r lip (white) looks best compared to the sir lip (red) and mugen/mugen replica (green).




on 99-00's I find it to be the opposite, with the mugen looking best (dark gray) compared to the SI/Type R (white)
