Anyone know if AJ Racing is closed today or not? I know its like Thanksgiving in Canada or something and Columbus day here in the US so things may be shut down.

Do you need a new battery tie down to secure that thing in place?

 

nope, stock tie downs will do it Tommy and also, it'll give people more space near the battery area to put their catch can or whatever since the weight and size of the battery is greatly reduced.

I have a Dynabatt that I purchased from Performancedistributors.com. It's on special for $131.75 and looks exactly like a T1R/Spoon battery minus the fancy JDM styling.

 

Seems like a comparable weight saving as swiching from OE hood to cf hood.
