I have a 88 civic with a fully rebuilt 3k miles jdm b16a. I don't have any papers for the motor but I know it's not stolen.
Stock b series manifold
Converted to OBD1 w/ p28 ecu - tuned and no codes.
Stock intake manifold
Stock Filter/tube
I'm using my stock Ef harness that my friend rewired for me using a jumper.
Custom piping 2inch with a cat converter and it's not loud at all.
Will I have trouble trying to get my car bard?
and if I do go what if I fail will the police be notified so next time they run my plates it will show up?

Ultimately you will need to speak with your local referee. I can tell you that you will more than likely need the correct OBD1 USDM P30 ECU.

 

USDM p30 ecu will require a knock sensor how will I fix this?

 

You'll need the usdm obd1 b16 intake manifold as well. You won't pass ref the way you currently have your car just off that p28.

 

To fix the knock sensor problem......add it in and wire it up
