05 acura O2 sensor location

Planning to replace O2 sensor (bank 1 sensor 1) on '05 acura tl. Kinda confused on the location of the sensor.

It'll be sticking out of the exhaust manifold in the rear of the engine bay. Bank 1 in the rear and bank 2 in the front.

Would this be accesible from the top or do i have to go underneath the vehicle

Don't know. Can't tell from the diagram. Take off the engine cover(s) and look.
